Problem Note 45704: Some B8601* formats have smaller minimum widths
Some of the B8601* formats were created having larger minimum widths than intended. The following formats' minimum widths have been changed:

The following formats will remain unchanged:

B8601LZ 9 9 hhmmssxhhmm (x is - or +)
These changes take place at SAS release 9.3m2.

Some of the B8601* formats were originally created with larger minimum widths than they should have had. They are now set properly.
